All Points Fasteners accepts returns under the terms below. If anything here is unclear, call us on 800-483-6354 or email [email protected] before shipping anything back.

• All returns must be approved by All Points Fasteners and Returns Material Authorization must be referenced on all returned product.
• All Return Material Authorization requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
• Special Orders & Custom Paint orders are not returnable.
• Returns may be subject to a 15-20% restocking charge.
• If merchandise is not defective, then return may be subject to shipping charges if shipping was paid by All Points Fasteners.
• Original boxes are requested. Lots must not be mingled.
