How is freight calculated?
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, once your delivery address is in. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and sales tax is added where it applies.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship outside the U.S.
What's your return policy?
- All returns must be approved by All Points Fasteners and Returns Material Authorization must be referenced on all returned product.
- All Return Material Authorization requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
- Special Orders & Custom Paint orders are not returnable.
- Returns may be subject to a 15-20% restocking charge.
- If merchandise is not defective, then return may be subject to shipping charges if shipping was paid by All Points Fasteners.
- Original boxes are requested. Lots must not be mingled.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest — just an email address and a delivery address.
Can I get volume pricing?
Yes. For larger runs or ongoing supply, request a bulk quote or call a specialist and we will price it for your job.
