MaryLouise

The Original Head Screw Lady

MaryLouise has been the head screw lady since the 1980s — and she often jokes that she’ll still be selling screws in her 90s. After more than four decades in the industry, she has outpaced many of her customers and now proudly serves the next generation of builders and contractors.

Her product knowledge is unmatched, and her relationships run deep. Customers who started their careers with her are now sending their sons and daughters her way.

Outside of fasteners, MaryLouise has a passion for horses, dogs, and hosting. She is an excellent cook and proudly wears her Italian heritage on her sleeve. Above all, she values faith, family, and our country — principles that have shaped both her life and this business from the very beginning.

Brianne

Second Generation Screw Lady

Brianne is proud to carry on the family legacy as a second-generation screw lady. She has been with the company for over a decade — in fact, she started at just 16 years old, getting on the phones, quoting contractors, and putting together sample packs.

Today, she helps lead operations while balancing life as a proud mom of four boys. Who knows… maybe she’s raising a third generation of “screwy” people.

Having grown up in the business, Brianne understands both the product and the relationships behind it. She is passionate about continuing the legacy of integrity, service, and innovation that All Points Fasteners was built on.

Brenda

Back-of-House Extraordinaire

Brenda has been an important part of our team for many years and proudly considers herself a “back of house” kind of person. If you happen to get her on the phone, please be patient — she’s a bit shy — but don’t let that fool you, she knows her stuff.

Brenda has incredible attention to detail and plays a vital role in expediting quotes and keeping things organized. She is an avid animal lover who spends her afternoons riding her horse, Ruby, and caring for her (many) cats.
